Located in an exclusive development in Playa Flamingo, at the base of Montana Roja in Playa Blanca is Villa Vida. This villa is just a five minute walk to Flamingo Beach and comprises four bedrooms (one super king, one king and two twins). Interior
This beautiful, architect designed, single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard ideal for disabled, elderly and young children. The lounge area features patio doors looking out to fantastic views over the pool area and the volcano Montaña Roja. It encompasses extensive, stylish, comfortable seating, a 42" plasma screen TV, Playstation 2, DVD player and doors leading to a separate well-equipped modern kitchen. The lounge also leads to a large internal corridor leading to all bedrooms, bathrooms and an internal solana (sun room). There are four attractive bedrooms, the master suite features a super king size bed, patio doors leading to the private pool area, an adjoining dressing room, and separate double basin ensuite. There is one further king room, two twin rooms and two further bathrooms.

Exterior
A large patio area surrounds the 7x4 metre swimming pool. The pool is electrically heated and is accessed by roman steps. Patio doors lead from the living room to and mater bedroom to an enclosed and totally private swimming pool terrace area. The terrace has has generous patio dining furniture, romantic lighting in the evenings and is edged with colourful indigenous plants. A built in Canarian barbeque and 8 person jacuzzi spa completes the picture for wonderful long hours of al fresco living in this glorious warm and sunny climate.

Amenities
The villa is located in Playa Blanca within a five minute walk of the beautiful, sheltered and sandy Playa Flamingo beach. It slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. It is only a five minute walk to the beautiful Timanfaya Hotel which is a beautiful setting for enjoying a drink or a meal. The Natura Palace hotel is also only a five minute walk away where guests can enjoy the fabulous Thalasso spa which offers a 10% discount off all treatments for our villa guests. The "La Mulata" complex is only a 5 min stroll along the promenade from the villa and features the best cocktail bar in Playa Blanca (Marea) as well as a beach bar and several 5 star restaurants (we currently recommend the Greek restaurant, Sebastyns which is amazing). Playa Blanca centre is approximately a fifteen minute walk or two minute drive. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive (of 45 min walk) from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants.
