Located in an exclusive development in Playa Vista, at the base of Montaña Roja in Playa Blanca is Villa Volcan. This villa is just 200 yards from the beach and features fantastic 360 degree sea, Fuerteventura and mountain views. It comprises four Bedrooms (two kings, one double and one twin) and can comfortably sleep 9 adults using the large comfortable sofa bed in the second lounge. Volcan has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, private heated pool & like all of our villas, it is furnished to a high standard. Interior
This beautiful, architect designed, two storey villa is furnished to a very high standard. The lounge area features patio doors looking out to fantastic 180 degree views over the sea to Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos. It encompasses extensive, stylish, comfortable seating, a huge 50" plasma screen TV with UK satellite tv, opening in to a well-equipped modern kitchen with patio doors leading to the upper terrace dining area. The lounge also leads to the master kingsize bedroom, a twin room and the upper bathroom. Stairs lead to down to the second lounge which features a further 32" plasma screen TV and additional Sky box & DVD player. This lounge area also has comfortable seating and a large L shaped sofa bed. Patio doors lead from this lounge onto the lower terrace and to a double bedroom with access through patio doors to the lower terrace, a kingsize room and the lower bathroom. Villa Volcan is fully child friendly and is equipped with stair gates, cot's and highchairs if required.

Exterior
A patio area surrounds the 7x4 meter swimming pool. The pool is electrically heated and is accessed by roman steps. Stairs lead from both the upper and lower terraces to the swimming pool & terrace area. The upper terrace and dining area features spectacular views across the ocean to Fuerteventura. It has has generous patio dining furniture, romantic lighting in the evenings and a BBQ. The large and completely private lower terrace is a perfect for lazing in the hammock during the day, or enjoying a game of darts and a few drinks in the evening. The pool terrace is surrounded by indigenous Canarian plants and with the pool lit in the evening this completes the picture for wonderful long hours of al fresco living in this glorious warm and sunny climate.

Amenities
The villa is located in Playa Blanca 200 yards or a 2 minute walk to the beautiful, sheltered and sandy Playa Montaña Roja beach. It's a small private beach (ideal for young children as they can't run too far away!) and slopes gently out to sea. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Rubicon Palace Hotel which is a lovely setting for enjoying a drink or a meal, or for the more energetic using their gym and spa. The Natura Palace hotel is also only a five minute walk away where guests can enjoy the fabulous Thalasso Spa which offers a 10% discount off all treatments for our villa guests. The "La Mulata" complex is only a 10 min stroll along the promenade from the villa and features the best cocktail bar in Playa Blanca (Marea) as well as a beach bar and several of Playa Blancas' best restaurants. The old town of Playa Blanca is a 30 minute stroll along the promenade or two minute drive from the villa. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Breñas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive (or 50 min walk) from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants.The harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Isla Lobos.
